Data we process
Quote and contact forms collect name, company, email, phone, the service you chose, a budget range, a time range and a short project note. IP address, time and browser data are written to the security log.
The honeypot field must be left empty. It is not shown to people. It only separates automated submissions.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to assess your request, contact you, prepare a quote, form or perform a contract, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties.
The bases are the steps needed to form or perform a contract, the controller’s legitimate interest, and duties set out in law. Commercial electronic messages require a separate consent.
Transfers and retention
Data may be transferred to email and hosting providers in Turkey, only for the purposes in this notice and only as far as needed. A transfer abroad, if it happens, follows the conditions in the law.
If no contract follows, the quote record is kept for at most two years. If a contract follows, it is kept for the period tax rules and limitation periods require, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information if it is, learn whether it is used for its purpose, ask for correction, ask for deletion where the conditions are met, ask that third parties be told, object to a decision based solely on automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
