Four principles, settled up front
The choice of a studio shows six months after delivery, in who owns the system.
End-to-end connection
Accounting, ERP, marketplaces and shipping do not stay as separate worlds. Which record is the source, and what happens on an error, is written first.
Support after launch
Launch, monitoring and backups are part of maintenance. Support runs weekdays, 09:00–18:30, for the contracted scope. A new module is planned separately. Maintenance is not unlimited development.
You own it
Code and data stay on your server. We do not lock you into a closed licence that only we can open. The handover document is part of delivery.
What lands on the table in discovery
The meeting does not open as a slide tour. Where the work stands today is written down. These headings set the scope of the quote.
- At which step does the team fall back to the phone, WhatsApp or Excel?
- Which record is the source: accounting, the warehouse, a marketplace or the field form?
- What should a dealer, patient, passenger or consultant see, and what should they not?
- Which page does search and advertising land on, and which card receives the enquiry?
- Does the old site and the current software stay live, and in what order is the switch?
- Who is called for maintenance? How is a new module separated from launch support?
When the answers are clear, the phase is written. The first phase solves the step that costs the most time. The meeting is free. The same team replies on weekdays, 09:00–18:30.
