The tool is chosen for the life of the work. A corporate site and a dealer portal do not deserve the same stack.
Integration
REST services, signed calls and transfers that can be retried. Accounting, marketplace, payment and shipping endpoints are watched.
Publishing
SSL, backups, and a split between trial and live. Hosting on licensed infrastructure. The update rhythm is written in the maintenance agreement.
Security
A session key on the form, a rate limit and a bot trap. Closed directories stay closed. Personal data is limited to its purpose, and access is logged.
The uptime target on maintained work is watched at 99.9%. How it is measured, and how fast we respond, is defined in the contract. Source code is handed to the client. It does not stay as a secret inside a third-party panel.
Publishing sits on licensed hosting. Backups, trial and live are written in the contract. Support is weekdays, 09:00–18:30.
